May 29 – 7:30 p.m. – Spring Fling of Fashions at St. Peter’s Church, presented by Mary Anderson, manager of Lindor (in Heritage Place Mall) ALL are welcome…bring a friend with you! Refreshments by St. Peter’s Women of Hope

June 2 – 9 a.m. to 12 noon – Clean-up work bee at St. Peter’s to prepare for church anniversary celebrations. Many hands make light work!!
June 3 – Parish Picnic at LutheRanch
June 8 and 9 – St. James’ ELW Bake Sale at the church
June 17 – Father’s Day – Cemetery Services at both cemeteries (weather permitting)
June 23 and 24 – St. Peter’s 150th Anniversary Celebration Weekend – includes catered meal and Music Nite in the church shed on June 23 followed by a special afternoon anniversary service on June 24 with Pastor Jack Frederick as guest speaker and guest officiant, Dean of the Georgian Bay Conference Pastor John Polocak. A time capsule, placed by St. Peter’s Sunday School children during the church’s 130th anniversary year in 1992, will be opened.

August 19 – Summer Music Nite in St. Peter’s Church Shed with music by “The Little BigHeads”

October 13 – Fall Event of Georgian Bay Conference Women at Trinity, Walkerton
October 20 and 21 – “German Weekend” in celebration of St. Peter’s 150th anniversary – Parish Oktoberfest Supper on October 20, followed by “old style” German worship service on October 21st
